What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] ([REDACTED] III) was using the Presetter to measure the tool. Mr. [REDACTED] attempted to pull the tool out before the lock had disengaged and his hand slid up the tool holder and his left index finger contacted the cutting edge resulting in a laceration. The lock takes a couple of seconds to disengage after the Presetter process has been shut down.
