Before the incident

At about [REDACTED] I was picking parts on [REDACTED]. The box was at the back of the primary and I used a metal hook to pull the box [REDACTED] down so it would be flat on the B level and then slide it out. As the box came down it got stuck halfway down on the end of the rack. Not realizing how heavy it was i pushed up on it to free it from the end. When it came loose the weight of the box came down on my hand bending fingers backward. My fingers on my left hand are very tender and painful to move. I did put ice on it when I went on break [REDACTED]. My hand has gotten progressively more painful since and is slightly swollen. Part [REDACTED]; weight 63 lbs.
