[REDACTED] Was Taking Bulk Carts To His Marketplace Truck While Walking Through The Receiving Area Outside Of The Walmart Vendors Have To Walk Through An Area That Has WaterSlippery Residue On The Concrete This Caused The Wheels Of The Bulk Cart And His Shoes To Retain Some Residue He Had 1 Bulk Cart With Collapsed KdS And 1 Empty Both Unfolded On The [REDACTED] Of The Truck Both Carts Were Placed In The Wheel HolderStabilizer Flap Of The [REDACTED] While Standing Beside The Carts On The [REDACTED] He Began To Move The [REDACTED] Up To The Truck Bed While The [REDACTED] Was Moving The Empty Cart Began To Shift And He Grabbed Ahold Of It As A Reaction Even Though Reflecting Back At The Situation He Said The Cart WasnT Going Anywhere In Doing Do His Feet Became Unstable And He Slipped Off The [REDACTED] Landing With One Foot Making Contact With The Ground And Then Falling Down To His Shoulder The Cart He Was Holding Ended Up Falling To The Ground As Well But DidnT Land On Him
