He was getting ready to walk down the steps on the back of the truck.
What happened
Employee was coming off the back of the truck when he slipped and fell off the stairs on the truck. During his fall his foot got caught behind one of the steps on the truck hurting his knee and lower leg. He then landed on the ground on his left side hurting his hip and shoulder. He also hit his head on the ground.
