As [REDACTED] passed the corner of the circle deck the wheel of the a-frame cart caught on the edge of the circle deck. The impact of the cart hitting the edge of the circle deck platform caused the cart to be pushed sideways toward the shaper machine which is adjacent the circle deck. [REDACTED]’s fingers were caught between the doors and the shaper machine. Laceration Contusion - Right - middle ring & pinky finger.
