What happened
IW had removed the steel top cover of [REDACTED]-1 baghouse auger housing for troubleshooting purposes. A dust cloud formed after the plate had been removed. The IW waived his hand out in front of him to clear the air. His left hand glove was caught by the auger severely injuring his left middle and ring fingers.
