What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately 1200 hour Public Safety Supervisor Tech and Training Fac. ( PSS-TTF) [REDACTED] [REDACTED] began experiencing discomfort on her left foot she left at approximately [REDACTED] for the day went home and rested for the day. On the morning of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] began experiencing additional pain and slight swelling of the left foot. [REDACTED] stayed home elevated the foot and took over the counter medication for that weekend. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] began feeling better. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came into work from [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] hours [REDACTED] felt slight discomfort but thought the discomfort would go away. On the morning of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] experienced severe pain and swelling of the left foot and did not come into work and sought medical treatment at an Urgent Care. The Dr. at urgent care administered pain medication and wrapped her left foot and took her off work from [REDACTED] thru [REDACTED] and suggested she see a specialist. On
