Assisting patient to sit on the edge of bed

Patient was sitting EOB was assisting the patient with scooting towards the EOB as she required maximum assistance. He stood in front of the patient and was using the chux pad to pull her towards the EOB. After working with the patient he went back to my office and started to feel a burning sensation in the same area where he had pain with his initial shoulder injury that he had surgery on in [REDACTED] Employee states that he has pain 5 10 at its worse and 0 10 at its best. States he didn 't feel any pain initially when working with the patient but had some soreness and burning after he got back to the therapy dept. He declines any decreased ROM but pain with ROM. He said he didn 't do any treatment over the weekend. 1000mg Tylenol given [REDACTED] and encouraged to alternate ice heat as tolerated. Employee does want to follow up with a panel physician-ortho sports med.
