What happened
He took the turn out of aisle e c too fast and lost product off the pallet he was building. He hopped off of the walkie rider before it came to a complete stop and lost balance falling into the ground and walkie rider then rolled over the top of his boot. He had to take the boot off to free his foot from underneath the machine.
