mopping the cafeteria

Employee works in EVS and states she was finishing up mopping in the cafeteria. She was mopping backwards at an outward angle from center of room to avoid stepping on wet floor. She was located at the back door of cafeteria exit on service hallway side. She states she dont know what happened and just slipped and went down. She states she attempted to catch herself from falling and landed on possibly both hands she couldn 't recall if it was both or only the left hand. She had immediate pain 9 10 in left wrist and couldn 't get herself up from the floor. She was unable to apply pressure to the left hand. She yelled for help when a coworker heard her and entered the cafeteria door to discover she was laying on the floor. A rapid response was called and the employee was taken to the Emergency Room for treatment. She was diagnosed with a impacted posteriorly angulated distal radial fracture and a nondisplaced ulnar styloid fracture. DC with pain meds & f u with ortho.
