What happened
Per worker she was attempting to unhook a wheelchair passenger from the tiedowns in the bus. Due to the close quarters she was nearly standing on her head to reach the release and the hook at the same time. Passenger rolled the chair back pinning her between their chair and the back board in the bus. She reports to have heard and felt her back crunch but couldnt move until the passenger moved their chair.
