Before the incident
Employee was placing the garbage from the hotel outside on [REDACTED]. by the curb when he noticed a car parked in the no parking zone.
What happened
The employee asked the lady- who was with another individual- an employee of Arrow Security- to please move the car so he can place the garbage ouside but the person refused to move. He notified a manager and they moved but returned screaming at the employee through the car window. They left and returned on foot when the lady threw what is believed to be water at the employee. The employee grabbed her so she would stop and she placed him in a headlock. The employee and her fell to the floor and when this happened the employee said he was kicked in the face. As he ran into the hotel the employee noticed it was the Arrow Security guard that was with her.
