The employee had just coated the equipment he was sanitizing with the soap chemical and he was letting it sit for the requirement time.
What happened
As he was standing by the equipment waiting for the sanitation rinsing started on the other side of the equipment and some water was sprayed in his direction. Some of the water sprayed on the equipment causing some of the chemical he had coating the equipment to get sprayed in his face.
