I was running all 3 core print and apply machines while tending to the west side of print and apply line 2 .
What happened
Employee went to grab a case out of tray pack that was not finished missing tray glue and wrapper . The employee grabbed one jar held in their right hand and tried to catch the rest of the tray as it was moving around the horseshoe conveyor to the overhead conveyor ramp when they tripped on 2 empty pallets and fell causing the jar in their hand to make contact with the floor and break causing several lacerations. Employee was working at the print and apply station and had taken their cut resistant gloves off.
