EE was pushing a chemical tub and pulling a tub that had the filled foamer in it. tub fell over getting [REDACTED] on leg and on PPE that was in the tub. [REDACTED]. EE put PPE on that had been soaked with chemicals. He was unaware that PPE had chemicals on it
