On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee hit her head on the sharps container hanging on the wall in [REDACTED] when she stood up from emptying the trash can. This happened again almost right after in [REDACTED]. Employee was emptying the bathroom trash and she hit her head on the sharps container hanging on wall. This was casually voiced to her LPN at that time when the employee went to get herself ice but no report was made. LPN provided Tylenol. Then on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was sitting at [REDACTED] nurse 's station by the printer. She turned to her left and hit her head on the printer. All three times she hit her left temporal side of head. She went home at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] from her overnight shift and was vomiting and felt nauseous. She came back in on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] for her next schedule shift which is when she hit her head for the third time
