Mr. [REDACTED] has filed a complaint about a sensation of pain he experienced after working with a specific tool on [REDACTED] and the following [REDACTED]. Description of the incident On [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Mr [REDACTED] was assigned to perform tasks that required the use of a tool to peel off the window frame glass. During these days Mr. [REDACTED] noticed a sensation of pain that mainly affected the wrist of his hand. The pain intensified throughout his workday and continued throughout this time. Actions taken so far Mr. [REDACTED] immediately informed his direct Team Leader about his condition and the source of the pain. In addition to the case the employee [REDACTED] after 10 days decided to go to the doctor informing his Team Leader directly.
