Employee was administering a physical restraint.

Staff were involved in a restraint with a patient on the East unit. Employee was covering the lower legs and patient was able to lift employee off the ground several times causing her to land on her elbow hard. evening and left to go home and ice it down. She said she filled out an FROI [REDACTED] but again it 's on the wrong form. She followed up the [REDACTED] because the swelling was pretty bad and at that time she had been told by the doctor that she had torn a ligament in her Left Elbow. She said this was not the same elbow as the last injury and that she had had her left elbow surgically repaired in the
