Stepping out of the Tractor

[REDACTED] was arriving at the FOOD FACTORY restaurant located at [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] After arriving at the location he was getting out of the truck and stepped on a large crack and his foot crumbled causing him to fall backwards onto the pavement He was using 3 points of contact however due to the uneven ground the height from the truck steps to the pavement was much farther causing him to let go of his left hand holding point and reposition to the door While his foot touched the ground His leg immediately buckled from in the indentation causing his foot to roll in a crack in the pavement and he fell backward on his rear and then tried to brace the fall with his wrists saving his head from hitting too hard on the pavement
