What happened

An Associate had turned down the beginning of the [REDACTED] in Dry and had noticed that 2 other associates were selecting cases down the aisle as well they were about 23 bays down the [REDACTED] and the selectors noticed that the associate who had just turned down the aisle needed past so they both pulled off to the left side of the aisle When trying to pass on the right side of the aisle the associate had is heel pinched inbetween the vertical post of the slot and his jack The injured associate stated that their foot was hanging off of the standing platform by a little and was what got caught by the vertical beam The injured associate stated that they did not yell out or shout but immediately came to the Shipping office and reported the incident to me I collected statements from the other 2 associates who stated that they didnt see or hear anything just stated that the injured associate had passed them in the [REDACTED] When walking down the aisle 21 there were no debris or anything
