The driver was setting up to make a delivery He was stopped and was opening his trailer door so he could place his ramp at the top of the trailer and get it latched into position so he could use it for the delivery

Driver was opening the back door of the trailer The trailer [REDACTED] has a roll up door Driver pushed the door up half way and was bending down to pick up the ramp to lock it into place on the top of the trailer deck He heard the door moving but he it was going up like the other roll up doors do The door was going down [REDACTED] his [REDACTED] so when he was doing this his head was hanging over the back of the trailer a little bit The door came down and hit the driver in the back of the head and smashed his face into the floor of the trailer He hit his teeth on the floor and chipped the front teeth and cut open the inside of his top lip and bottom lip he bruised his face up to He has a swelling around his jaw bone also
