Operating a cell in PU.

An unauthorized colleague was present in the warehouse where he decided to climb racks to identify defective parts. He climbed to the 2nd row of racks and proceeded to climb to the 3rd where the colleague attempted to climb back down and ultimately fell approximately 8 feet onto his left hip fracturing the hip. The colleague was found to have entered the warehouse near the chemical room (without a vest not authorized) at approximately [REDACTED] to locate the rack in question the operator walked around the PU encapsulation racks for approximately 2 minutes before flagging down a forklift to assist in dropping one of the racks. The colleague could not identify the rack in question so @[REDACTED] the forklift operator placed the rack back and asking the colleague to return to the operation floor as they had no vest leaving the colleague in the warehouse. The colleague returned to the racks and began climbing.
