I was taking a tray from the patients room because they finished their dinner When I went up to the place to put the trays it had a green flap on it As I was putting it in their the tray cart the cart where my left knee was placed went don so it tried to stop myself from falling by putting weight on my right knee and it my right knee twisted then popped back into place and I felt my lateral part of my knee pop and I felt a lot of pain
