Standing on the other side of the procedure table helping the patient roll from their bed onto their stomach on the procedure table Another tech was on the other side of the patients bed
What happened
I was standing on the side of the procedure table after the patient had already moved from their bed to the table and was laying on her stomach I was covering the patient up with a blanket when the patient tried to rolllift herself up unexpectedly and her torso fell off the side of the table where I caught her with my arms and hips to keep her from falling all the way to the floor I have a prior lower back injury that was better and now has been made worse since catching the patient
