I was standing on the side of the procedure table after the patient had already moved from their bed to the table and was laying on her stomach I was covering the patient up with a blanket when the patient tried to rolllift herself up unexpectedly and her torso fell off the side of the table where I caught her with my arms and hips to keep her from falling all the way to the floor I have a prior lower back injury that was better and now has been made worse since catching the patient
