employee was reaching in cabinet with left hand and realize that something wasnt right employee thought that it could have been indigestion but employee continued to hurt through out the day at work employee thinks that pulled muscle could have came from transferring patients while patients in bed patient took 2 ibuprofen and [REDACTED] took 2 aspirin it eased the pain employee went to er at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] informed employee that a muscle had been pulled and that it could have been for pulling patients
