I was setting with PT on a 1 on 1
What happened
the pt was throwing things out his room and being combative i ask the charge nurse if i could remove the bag from his room as i was picking up the bag the PT jumped on the bed and punch me in the face he then kicked me in the back i called for help and step back he rush me again he had his fist up to strike me again so i use CPI to Provent him from striking me aging as i was doing that my team techs RN rush in the room to help
