What happened
A coworker and myself were taking a donor to the morgue When we arrived and got her there the stretcher gave out No legs at the top of the stretcher and it took me with it I caught the stretcher before it hit the floor and gently lowered it The head legs would not come back up I was holding said stretcher when it gave way Due to the weight of the female patient and attempting to hold the stretcher I injured my back and legs in the process
