Just finished the patients treatment Helped roll patient to get slide board underneath them to transfer back to hospital bed from treatment

What happened

I helped slide patient over to the treatment table from hospital bed using a slide board After treatment I rolled patient so slide board could be slid underneath them As patient was being slid over to his hospital bed I pulled slide board out from under patient The patient was solid weight and board was a struggle to get out from underneath them My coworker did help roll the patient to relieve some of the pressure There was no popping in my elbow but it was after this moment I began noticing a discomfort in my arm Within an hour after I began to have some swelling at the lateral elbow
