I was holding patient so he wouldnt fall while a psych tech was trying to put a diaper on him and she had asked him to get on the bed so it was easier and he refused While I was holding him up he couldnt hold his weight and sat down twice on commode causing me to take alot of weight on my shoulders and back He stated I was shorter then he anticipated and it makes it hard for him to stand
