I was just walking to Nutrition [REDACTED] for patient request not knowing the floor was just mopped by [REDACTED] EVS since there were no Wet Floor Signs to indicate water still could be on the floor after she moved on to the Day Space also on 3rd floor As I slipped my Left elbow hit the floor first and immediately darkened and proceeded to swell over the rest of my shift
