Had total of 8 to 9 patients that [REDACTED] 5 patients was total care bed bound incontinent x 2 Performed incontinent pericare on 5 patients 2 to 3 times per patient I recall with one patient performing pericare due to bowel movement patient was trying to grab the bedrail to roll on side to get cleaned up but let go and bottom came back on my right hand as i tried to stop patient from rolling back in bowel movement From there i continued to perform incontinent x2 pericare on patients 2 to 3 times per patient etcrepetition repetition repetition unexpected movement
