Patient came in [REDACTED] Pt was noncompliant with staff request to change out Patient started throwing things combative and refusing Staff attempted to deescalate Lift was being escorted down the hall then tried to drop himself at which point the patient had to be lifted and carried While in lift and carry one of the patients feet got loose and kicked the staff member in the face twice This staff member did not lose consciousness and did not fall The staff members face was hurting in the midline area from just between his brows down his nose His vitals were taken and his BP was elevated
