Upon returning to the Union MCA base I had gotten into the patient compartment to get the items that come off the truck to go inside The diamond plate steps were wet and I was going to come down them to exit the truck and I fell Unable to brace or catch myself I hit my head on the floor of the truck my back on the middle of the two steps and my left knee on the trash can rack on the door and twisted my ankle My left shoulder and elbow are also involved I am not sure how or to what extent but I felt pain in them as well and heard a pop from my shoulder My personal bookbag was on my back and the fall was significant enough to bend and break my personal [REDACTED] in a hard case
