I was walking with my inventory items in my handsarms on the middle isle of our supermarket which has dividers in the floorI tripped on one and fell on the floor on my left sidehurt my left wristelbow and apparently took awhile to get up I did not report to my coordinator [REDACTED] he came in because I was not in a lot of pain until I got home [REDACTED] I came to work [REDACTED] I work 3rd shift it was a struggle to walk I told my coordinator that I needed to fill out an ROII He told me that he did not know how to and was suppose to reach out to hisour manager I have not heard anything from either one so I just decided to figure out how to do it myself and call HR for help
