[REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Electronic SREO) Zone 7 We had to go hands on with a patient multiple times throughout the day. I am not 100% certain that it happened in zone 7 my adrenaline was going. I did not notice any discomfort until about [REDACTED] but did not think anything of it due to my whole body being sore. I went out to eat after work and when I got up to leave the discomfort had gotten worse with limping to my truck. When I got home I was standing at the edge of my bed and lifted my right leg to take my boot off and a sharp shooting pain went up my leg and I fell back onto my bed having a really bad muscle spasm. Once the initial pain subdued I had difficulty putting pressure on my right leg. It felt like somebody was squeezing it throughout the night. The [REDACTED] I called my dad to pick me up and take me to LMC Saluda Pointe as I was still in pain. I saw a Dr. [REDACTED] who informed me I had a severe muscle strain with possible torn muscle fibers and prescribed me [REDACTED
