Blood glucose finger stick needle on floor (maybe had rolled under bed?). Picked it up to throw away accidentally squeezed it a little and felt small poke in palm of hand. Had gloves on but noted very miniscule puncture on palm of hand. Activity Before Incident: just preparing patients room and making space to work on walking (pt post stroke)
