What happened
A supervisor entered the ambulance bay He put his right arm around my neck in a friendly way but then put me into an actual choke hold and stated something to the effect of I want to see how long it takes you to go out I remember feeling dizzy and grabbing at his arms I remember apparently regaining consciousness with multiple people around me People were asking if I was okay The supervisor according to people that saw the incident choked me to unconsciousness dropped my limp body and hit my head on concrete from a standing position After my head hitting the ground bystanders said I convulsed for 10 to 15 seconds before regaining consciousness and remaining slightly confused After waking up I felt a significant amount of pain in the back of my head neck and jaw I felt dizzy and had ringing in my ears Bystanders stated my gait was abnormal Was taken to the ED shortly after the incident
