THE EE WAS FILLING OUT PAPERWORK AND TALKING TO ANOTHER DRIVER WHEN ANOTHER WAREHOUSE WORKER WAS ON A FORKLIFT AND RAN INTO A PALET OF BOARDS THAT WAS RIGHT BEHIND THE EE. WHEN THE OTHER PERSON RAN INTO THE PALLET OF BOARDS IT HIT HIS CALVES AND SWEPT HIM OFF HIS FEET AND SMASHED HIS FEET AND CALVES. THE EE WENT TO THE ER FOR TREATMENT. THE EE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CONTUSIONS ON HIS LEFT FOOT. CUTS ON HIS CALVES AND A CUT ON HIS RIGHT WRIST.
