Before the incident
XLA DW [REDACTED] stepped into trailer 317-3731 at dock door 242 to remove a strap. The dock plate was not set. When he stepped out of the trailer he fell in the space between the dock plate and trailer. He tried to catch himself and his arm contacted a piece of metal and cut his left arm wrist. He was taken to get medical treatment by FOM [REDACTED].
