What happened
EE was traveling down the north side of the building on her fork lift to deliver freight. Another EE on a forklift came out of a trailer fast going backwards and slammed into the the right front tire of the EE forklift. The EE suffered had pain over her entire body but was most concerned with her back since she had back surgery in the past. Possible strain to the back. EE did seek medical treatment at the ER for an X ray to her back - no fractures.
