What happened
EE is a driver and was doing a delivery at time of accident. At the customers location they did not have a dock. Lifted pallet jack into trailer and as you were removing the pallet jack something on the pallet jack moved and pinched EE finger. EE is not sure what moved. EE was wearing gloves. EE lost a nail and tip of finger so bones are exposed.
