On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] KLX Wireline was in the process of performing a wireline on [REDACTED]. As part of this a “radio silence” was called over the intercom and radios. An FFPO employee saw that there was an FFPO Operator by the [REDACTED] and had walked over to the Operator to make sure that they had heard the “radio silence” announcement. When the employee was leaving the [REDACTED] their foot got caught on a ground wire that was attached to the compressor frac tank and the [REDACTED] and the employee fell onto rocks on the ground resulting in a cut to their right hand little finger.
