Washing the floor in the dryer room
What happened
While employee was washing the floor he noticed that liquid was dripping from above. As he looked up a drop of caustic got under his safety glasses and into his left eye. Employee selected the CIP on the wrong dryer which caused caustic to come out of the tank above him. The CIP hose was not hooked up because this dryer was not set up for CIP.
