What happened
Employee was helping load parts onto the powder coat line. Behind the employee was a forklift driver who was trying to place a pallet onto a rolling table however they had not raised their forks high enough. This caused the table to roll and hit the employee on the back of their left leg. Causing pain to their left leg low back and up into their neck. The employee was also feeling light headed.
