Before the incident

What happened
The employee was using a nail gun to attatch wood trim to cabinets in the wood shop. They put their thumb in the line of fire and when they nailed a piece of trim the nail came out of the trim and into their left thumb. The nail went threw the tip of the thumb and out the top of the thumb nail and was stuck in their thumb.
