EE climbed up on to the motor pad to get the nameplate info. squatted down on their right knee and twisted their knee while standing back up.

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an FFPO I&E technician climbed a fixed ladder to the pump motor pad to inspect and troubleshoot [REDACTED]. The employee placed their right foot on the pad squatted down to see the nameplate and “twisted” their knee while standing back up. After returning back to the ground the employee felt like their knee was “locked-up” and could not straighten or put weight on it.
