What happened
On [REDACTED] Approximately [REDACTED] three maintenance employees were in the process of moving a lathe machine out of the maintenance shop for disposal when the lathe machine tipped over and struck one of the employees on the right leg causing an open fracture to his tibia. The employee was in the process of hammering one of the four moving skates positioned at each corner under the lathe to position it into place. When the employee hit the skate with the hammer it knocked the skate from under the lathe machine causing it to tip over.
