What happened
The clamping bar used to secure the sensors didn 't have adequate pressure downward from the employee prior to pulling the locking torque wrench to secure the sensor against the sealing o-ring. As a result the pulling action on the torque wrench slipped causing a sudden loss of balance. Although the employee didn 't fall she did catch herself but felt a sudden pain in her lower back.
