Before the incident
Employee was doing routine work by tying rebar and adjusting rubber holders for the rebar on a mold that is located on the dry cast machine.
What happened
The employee was leaning against the mold while they were attempting to adjust some rebar that was placed in the mold. It was at that time that the operator tilted the mold towards the employee which in turn rubbed against the employees abdomen. The movement of the mold was not fast but did carry some weight to it which is what hurt the employee.
