What happened
EE was nearing completion of stocking product in store pushed cart down the aisle to next location. The cart hit something and stopped. EE was unable to stop and tripped over the cart falling to the ground. EE indicated he had a bloody nose and may have twisted (sprained) his wrist but said he thought he would be fine. EE stated he would fill out a near miss report and submit as I instructed him to do just in case anything more came of it. He was not interested in seeking medical attention at that time.
